This virtual three part workshop series was designed for high school students and their families to help them learn how to engage in self-determined planning for their lives after graduation. The sessions focused on exploring available options and defining and working toward goals with the support of others. A focus was placed on maximizing the fun and exciting parts of navigating changes in our lives while minimizing the stressful and difficult aspects. Students and family members had the opportunity to reflect on their interests, learn about post-school resources and opportunities, and practice working together to create plans for a smooth and successful transition to life after high school.
